Want A Slice?
Fausto Pazmino, 44, and Gaetano Vitole, 34, both worked for Silvio's Ristorante
in Thornwood, NY. According to the August 10, 1999 article from the Associated
Press, the two chefs started arguing about how to make the "perfect pizza."
The argument slowly escalated over a period of several hours until Pazmino
could take no more. Pazmino grabbed a knife and started slashing. As Vitole
tried to block the knife he was slashed twice in the arm before Pazmino
stabbed him in the chest. Soon after the event, Pazmino was forced to
"cook up" a good story in court. He has learned the hard way it is better
to get along with co-workers instead of always "cutting them down."
